Community release notes for January 29 & 30, 2018

@Tyler T went on vacation. (Somehow, the community is still functioning.) But before he left, he did a couple of small releases -- and here are the release notes:

• Updated: The AUG promo now requests your browser location and returns chapters and events (when applicable)
• Updated: AUG finder is now on more pages, like lots of pages.. every topic page
• Updated: The member homepage columns have been swapped per Community feedback
• New: Sticky nav on mobile screens

The most exciting part is that you can now find your closest in-person, real-life, three-dimensional user group!  Go forth and enjoy.

As an AUG Leader, I welcome the surge of new attendees who have questions or wisdom to share.

And specifically as an AUG Leader in the home of the Big Three and where lots of autonomous vehicle research is taking place, I hope those new attendees arrive in self-driving vehicles.
