Community release notes for January 20, 2026
As we kick off the new year, we’re delivering on the profile improvements we promised in our last 2025 release notes. This release wraps up the remaining profile fixes and includes a few extra enhancements to improve your experience. Read more below.
Forums:
Fixed: When you search for someone in the kudos tray, you should now see all the correct matching users. Previously, some people weren’t showing up in search when you tried to give them kudos
Fixed: Events should now load reliably wherever they appear in the community. There was an issue that sometimes stopped events from loading at all.
Profile:
Fixed: In December, we updated the bio field so it’s pulled from your profile and shown on author and profile cards. With this release, the remaining profile details on those cards can also be updated directly from your profile page.
Fixed: If you previously filled in data and you don’t update your information on your “about me” page, it will continue to display the previously entered details in your author and profile cards.
