Andy joined as a Community
LeaderChampion on January 4th, 2022 after sharing that he “enjoys helping others discover the things that I love. I have been an Atlassian advocate at my past two companies, and an Admin of the products, which gives me a unique perspective on usage, user adoption strategies, best practices and 'hacks' to make the software come alive for a company and its users.” -
During his time in the program, Andy has accrued 11,600 likes, answered 1,093 questions, written 30 articles, garnered 318 accepted solutions, and made 3,800 total posts. He has also served as a member of the CAB from 2022-2024.

I feel incredibly lucky to have Andy as a Champion on our online forums. I’ve had the chance to get to know him over the years - we’ve worked closely together on the CAB, we’ve hung out together at Team events where he’s been an honorary kiosk staffer, and we even had brunch near my house—a testament to the genuine friendship we’ve built through our shared passion for community. On top of that, I’ve always been impressed by his dedication and creativity. Andy is always one of the first people to jump in and create something special for our community, whether it’s launching the fun and engaging Miscellaneous Monday or the inspiring Like-Able content series. His energy, positivity, and commitment to bringing people together make a real difference every day. From the moment I met Andy, he radiated his love for the Atlassian Community. I remember it like it was yesterday because of how much he glowed.
