where is the stash upgrade guide for previous versions of stash?

Before I update or configure Stash, I want to be sure I can back up and restore from a backup correctly.  I am still using Stash v3.6.1.

I plan to use the backup client, as described in the link below:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/STASH036/Using+the+Stash+Backup+Client

However, looking at the section "Restoring Stash to use the existing DB", the link to the "Stash upgrade guide" is broken.  Does anyone know where these instructions are at?
