when i was runing the project,the sourcetree auto display some updated file

when i was open   project of "visual studio 2010"  and runing,the project would auto add some new updated file,but im not update any file, im  Operate of only runing the project

Visual Studio is probably automatically updating files (project metadata or build files) whenever you hit "Run".
