what permissions do I set when creating an Oauth consumer to Bitbucket, to connect to JIRA?

I am following your  instructions to connect BitBucket to JIRA cloud

Permissions are required to be filled in. What is the correct settings for permissions that allow full operation, without opening up any unnecessary security possibilities?

Hi Ian,

You'll want to keep the URL fields empty, but allow all permissions for OAuth: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRACLOUD/Linking+a+Bitbucket+or+GitHub+repository+with+JIRA

Login as a user with administrative rights on the account.

1. Choose Manage account. 
2. (Optional) If connecting a team, choose the team from the Account dropdown.
3. Click OAuth in the Access management section.
4. Click Add consumer.
5. Enter JIRA DVCS for the Name.
6. Leave the URL fields empty.
7. Select all permissions so that JIRA can access issue references in any location.
8. Click Save.
