wanted to link custom issue tracker with commits

i wanted to use feature link-to-a-web-service for custom issue tracker platform.
in my case i use https://plan.toggl.com/ 

Ticket URl: https://plan.toggl.com/#timeline/693***[workspaceno]/tasks/3200****[Ticketno]

i need to know what should be Link Url and Link Key in my case.

I tested this in a personal repository and was able to link the tasks from a specific project in https://plan.toggl.com/ by adding the following information in the fields:

Link URL:

https://plan.toggl.com/#timeline/794970/tasks/\1

(794970 is the number of my project in plan.toggl, you will need to replace this with the number of your project)

Link key:

(\d{1,10})

Could you please confirm how are you specifying this URL? With this information, we’ll be able to help you fill in the fields Link Url and Link Key.
