user activity stats from Bitbucket

Background:
Our team needs a detailed statistics from all projects & repos in a single report. The plugins do not provide such data, so we’re considering fetching them through API calls or DB queries. We will need this information on a regular basis.

What needs to be done:

• Investigate possible ways to extract the desired statistics, either through the Bitbucket API or directly from the database.
• Extract information on how many pull requests each "Brothers" user has approved across all repos & projects in Bitbucket.
• Extract information on how many comments each "Brothers" user has left across all repos & projects.
• The information should cover at least the last month, but preferably the last three months.

We offer a wide array of pull request metrics, including commenting and approval activity (Contributions Report). This information can be viewed on a project level.
