unable to save auth site and on add custom bitbucket site in vscode, save site button disabled

Since the last update a few weeks ago it is asking for me to reauthenticate bitbucket; however, I am unable to save the enterprise site and authenticate because the button never enables, even after entering all the authentication information.  I am accessing with a personal access token as well, but assuming that is entered in the password field.  The save site is grayed out and doesn't allow save.
