User is unable to receive the Repository invite, even after deleting his account and re-adding.still no go please help.

I believe the user may have globally unsubscribed from all Atlassian notification emails, which can prevent them from receiving product invitations.
In order to enable it again, ask the user to follow the steps below:
Reference - Manage email and notification preferences
Once they update the settings to enable product invitation emails, the workspace admin will need to cancel the current invitation and send a new one to trigger a fresh email.
