unable to access clone repo : The requested URL returned error: 400

using latest git version, still getting 400 while clone repo.

Are you able to access the repo in Bitbucket UI

[ If YES, Clone the repo with clone URL - Instructions given below ]

Create the access token and form the clone URL as

https://{token}@bitbucket.org/workspace/repo-name.git

Remove the flower brackets in URL

[ If NO, ask your administrator to give access to the repo ]
