stash-java-client-httpclient log4j 1.x to log4j 2.x upgrade?

Hello,

We use stash-java-client-httpclient library https://bitbucket.org/atlassianlabs/stash-java-client/src/master/ and it uses log4j 1.2.16.

[INFO] +- com.atlassian.stash:stash-java-client-httpclient:jar:2.3.11:compile
[INFO] | \- com.atlassian.stash:stash-java-client-core:jar:2.3.11:compile
[INFO] | +- com.atlassian.stash:stash-java-client-api:jar:2.3.11:compile
[INFO] | \- log4j:log4j:jar:1.2.16:compile 

We are at latest stash-java-client-httpclient version but want to upgrade log4j to 2.x version but it uses log4j 1.2.16

Can someone provide some help on this?  Thanks.
