smart commits not working

Hi,

We have successfully linked the DVCS bitbucket connector and we can view our commits on the issue's "Commits" tab.

The problem is that we do not get to work the smart commits feature. We are trying to commit with the message "demo-1 #time 2d 5h #comment Task completed ahead of schedule #resolve" example from https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Processing+JIRA+issues+with+commit+messages

but the comment and work log doesn't appear on their respective tabs.

We have ensured that we are using the same email address on bitbucket and jira.

What can we be doing wrong?

We are using a mercurial repo.

The DVCS Connector is case sensitive with the issue keys.

Put the issue keys in the commit messages as uppercase rather than lowercase (so "DEMO-1" insted of "demo-1").
