resolve an issue with a git commit message.

I'm trying to resolve an issue in JIRA with a commit message.

I followed the correct syntax: DEC-610 #resolve

The commit shows up in the issue under Activity, but it does not resolve.

Unfortunately lthis is not yet supported. There is an open feature request for this functionality for the Bitbucket and GitHub connectors here: https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/BBC-123
