guys, I got robbed and lost my smartphone and phone number. Then I wasn't able to find my bitbucket recovery keys. Now I can't have acess to my account anymore.

Is there anything that could be done? Any personal support or something?...

Thanks a lot, Leonardo Da Vinci.

Hi Leonardo Da Vinci, welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can obtain recovery codes if you still have the SSH key that was associated to your Bitbucket account, all you have to do is run the following in your terminal:

ssh git@bitbucket.org recovery_codes

This will provide you with 6 recovery codes that you can use to access your account and disable 2FA. For further information, you can read Retrieve recovery codes through SSH.

Let us know if that helps :)

Kind regards,

Ana
