Hi and welcome to the community!

Workspaces on the Premium plan have a feature called IP allowlisting:

If a workspace admin enables this feature, then the repositories of this workspace can be accessed only from the IPs that the admins have allowlisted. The error you see means that the IP you are trying to access the repo from hasn't been added to this allowlist.

A workspace admin can access (and change) this allowlist the following way:

  1. Log in to https://bitbucket.org/
  2. Select their avatar > All workspaces
  3. They will see a list of all workspaces their account has access to. From this list, select the option Manage for the workspace you have an issue with.
  4. Select Access controls from the left sidebar
  5. Select the option Add or remove IP addresses to make changes
  6. If changes are made, select Save and then Update

If you are an admin but your IP isn't allowlisted, you can reach out to a different admin to check and adjust this list.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions!

Kind regards,
Theodora
