"load more commits" always fails in branch view

When I click on a branch in my repo to view it in Bitbucket Cloud, and I try to load more commits, I constantly get the "something went wrong - try again" error, and it never loads more commits in that branch.

Anyone else experiencing this? I searched for a BCLOUD Jira issue for this and haven't found anything. There are tickets for PR commit/diff views, but I'm talking about the branch view.

I could also replicate the same issue on my end.
