"We can't let you see this page" on all my repositories, and my dashboard shows I have no projects

I can't access the page to any of my repositories (I am the owner, there are no other admins). I get the error "We can't let you see this page." When viewing my account dashboard, it shows that I have NO repositories or projects.
Git is still able to access/push/pull the repositories so I know they haven't been deleted, but my browser bookmarks for them all just show me the same error.

Please advise.
