pull/push takes forever.

hey!

when i try git pull/push from my server it takes forever! all my colleagues are experiencing the same. 

i tried ping bitbucket.org . there was 100 percent package loss.

its been over 8 hours. 

any suggestions are welcome

Hi Rubin, welcome to the Community!

As far as I know, there's no issue with Bitbucket Cloud at the moment. You said your colleagues are experiencing the same issue, so I'm assuming you're using your office's network. Have you been able to try a different network, like for example at home?
