problem pushing first time

I see my local repo in sourcetree but when I try to push I get this:

git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false push -v --tags origin dev:dev
Pushing to https:/bigbucket.org/spotfireiag

Unable to open connection:

Host does not existfatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

Using https:// where do I configure the password??
