I'm stepping in here as I noticed that you have yet to receive a reply from our community.
I can see you have a paid workspace. The screenshots you've shared do not provide enough information to effectively troubleshoot this issue - so we'd need to have a support ticket raised to grant ourselves access to your workspace to look into this further.
May I know if you still require assistance - and if so, which timezone you're in so I can raise one on your behalf?
