open authentication with projects

Hi , i am new to JIRA . I want to integrate my project with JIRA for creating Bugs from the USERS.

Does any one integrated, i had checked with the OAuth documents in JIRA but its not clear.

If any one integreated with OAuth with JIRA could you please help me?

I had checked before Atlassian Docs but it couldnt clear with some consumer key etc.

If any one integrated before with their projects so its easy to clear, So could you please any one help me , step by step integration with our projects OAuth Jira.
