I deleted the repository and did not have a local copy of the project, can somehow restore the repository? Really need your help, Please help me, really need your help, I would not be addressed if it were a local copy, but now I just do not appeal to someone

Since you are using Bitbucket Server (not the Cloud service) the only backup you will only have is if someone have a git clone of your repository or if you have a regular backup service running. Other than that, I think you do not have any other options.
