Hi, welcome to the Community!

I believe you're referring to a Bitbucket Cloud account and not just a repository, is this correct?

I've checked in our system and I could see that that account is associated to a different email address, and not the email address you're using for submitting this post. If you still have access to the other email, you'll be able to get a reset password email and gain access. Can you do that?

If you were only referring to one of the repos that belong to that account, you no longer have access to it so you won't be able to see it. You'll need to contact the owner if you'd like to get permissions.

Best regards,

Ana

Hi Ana,

Thank you for you reply.

Yes, this email address is new. My old one is no longer exist (domain invalid). How should I use other methods to recovery it?

Best,

Zhao

Hi Zhao,

Do you still need help with this? If you don't have access to that email address I'm afraid you won't be able to access the Bitbucket account, as that's how you'd prove the ownership.

If you have your files locally, you can create a new Bitbucket Cloud account and upload them again.

Let us know if you have any questions!

Ana
