Hi Dinesh and welcome to the community!

1) Is the content of the Pipelines page empty/blank when you select the Pipelines option?

Or is the Pipelines option not visible at all on the sidebar on the left?

2) Could you please attach a screenshot that demonstrates the issue?

3) What browser are you using and which version of that browser? Do you experience the same issue on a Private/Incognito window of that browser?
