looking for api 2.0 way to creating a user in a group in BitBucket (POST)

Hi Rich!

The article you linked is for Bitbucket Server. In Bitbucket Cloud it's not possible to create users using the API.

There was a feature request to provide this in Bitbucket Cloud but it was closed. You can read the response or add a comment at https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issues/9771/api-calls-to-create-users.
