import from cloud

I'm trying to import my bitbucket repository cloud using application password. The import is started, but not ends.
The page telling me to read the log to know about the problem.
What is log? catalina.out?
There is no error nothing there.

Can you help me?

The application logs are located in $BITBUCKET_HOME/log/atlassian-bitbucket.log do you see any errors or messages there regarding the import?
