I received only one email in 1 july 2026 informing me that my Bitbucket workspaces organisation will be permanently deleted after 3 day.
Unfortunately, I missed that email and realized the situation only 3 days after the final deadline.
As a result, all of my workspaces and repositories have been deleted. These projects were very important to me.
Could someone from support please check whether recovery is still possible?
I would really appreciate any help.
Hello @Jugendra Singh Chahar
I can see that all the workspaces you have access to are currently reporting as ACTIVE. Could you please let us know if you're still experiencing issues?
Hi Vipul,
I received an email on 1st July stating that the workspace jugendrachahar_test will be deleted after 3 days.
Currently, I am using this workspace as my test environment and have been working on several tasks in it for the past month. Therefore, I kindly request that this workspace not be deleted at this time, as it is actively being used for testing and development activities.
Please let me know if any additional information is required.

Thanks for the details. I can see that the workspace is currently online; however, almost all the repositories that are unavailable don't have any data in them. I've reactivated the repositories that have data in them.
Could you please have a look and let me know? Please don't share any sensitive information here, such as repository names. If you need to, please let me know, so that I can create a support ticket for you so that we can discuss.

Hello @Jugendra Singh Chahar
First check here
https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/deactivated
I also flagged this post, but only Atlassian can answer you deterministic if anything is still recoverable.
Best,
Arek🤠
