Because account security is handled strictly by Atlassian, nobody in the public Community can reset your password or look up your account details. Your best first step is to head to the main Atlassian login page, click Can’t log in?, and enter your email address to request a fresh recovery link.
If you aren't sure which email you used, try searching your mailboxes for past Bitbucket or Atlassian notifications to find the right address, and keep an eye on your spam folder if the reset link doesn't arrive quickly. If you are still completely locked out after that, you will need to open a ticket directly with Atlassian Support so their team can safely verify your identity and restore your access or let us know that we can flag this post, and get attention for your case.
