i cant access my oher account

my other account with this email , aalsayyed@wosul.sa, when I tried to log in, gave me the account deactivated, and it's not from the admin side. I checked with the admin they can't reactivate the account, nor can they can't send me a new invitation. Can you check the issue,, please?

Hi @Wosul Devops 

For the managed accounts, Org admin should be able to activate account via https://admin.atlassian.com -> Organization > Directory. Please note that If your organization uses an Identity Provider for user provisioning, you may need to reactivate the account in your IDP rather than the Atlassian admin portal.

If problem continues, you may raise a support ticket with Atlassian Support under the Technical Issues and Bugs category.
