how to set permission for a projects

i can not find the permissions setting in project settings .

i want to create a group name is soos to manage my project name is soos . 

how to set soos group to soos project ? 

can be automatic grant soos group permission if i create a new rep in soos .

Hi Michael! In Bitbucket Cloud there are no project permissions, you'll need to grant permissions based on repositories. You can check Create and grant access to Team repositories for more info. 

There's also a Feature request to implement this functionality in our issue tracker, you can vote for it at site/master/issues/13202.
