how to push code in source tree

I have an android project in android studio and would like to push it up to bitbucket so my colleagues can have a look and make necessary changes. I have source tree which i was told will push and pull code/projects. I have not found any helpful steps to do that.

You have to create a repository before you can use SourceTree to push or pull code.
