how to provide a branch level permission

I am tried to provide branch level write-only permission 4 people and the rest of the people they can do anything.

Hello Mandeep and welcome to the Community!

If you’re wanting to set up branch permissions to include 4 users as writer and other as admins then it would be ideal to use groups with permissions to control this. You would want to setup your groups/teams to contain the users you’re wanting to grant access to, from there you will grant these groups/teams access to the branches. Since we’re not sure which product you’re using, I will reference the documentation for both products:
