how to change the company name?

My company name is Smartbics. But I can not register it name,because it is written that it is already registered on the site. So I had to register Smartbics123. Could you help me with this problem?
I need to register the correct name. If you need supporting documents - I'll send.

I suspect you need to talk to whomever registered it already.

However, support will be able to help you more than we can (we're end users, like yourself). Try https://support.atlassian.com
