please give me soulution how to backup bitbucket code to external source
Hi @amruth_kumar and welcome to the community!
There are two Bitbucket apps in the Marketplace that offer backup solutions:
One of them is the one Daria mentioned.
If you don't want to use an app, you could write a script that takes a mirror clone of each repo on one of your servers and then periodically update the mirror clone. Here is some info about mirror clones from the Git documentation:
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Kind regards,
Theodora
Hi @amruth_kumar ,
I'm representing GitProtect.io, a backup & Disaster Recovery software for Bitbucket and Bitbucket DC.
You may take a look at our solution, as it can meet your requirements: GitProtect is a muity-storage system that permits you back up your data locallyl / in the cloud (any S3 compatile one).
Also, you can assign your own storage, or as many storage instances you need (e.g. to meet the 3-2-1 backup rule). Moreover, when you set a backup plan with GitProtect, you always get a free GitPotect cloud storage.
You can try our solution here: https://gitprotect.io/sign-up.html
