hipchat integration bitbucket

I try to integrate HipChat with Bitbucket (and JIRA and confluence but that works fine).

When I access hipchat, and choose the integration "Bitbucket for HipChat". I can install and start to configure, but when I try t link my group to my repository I receive "An error occurred contacting the server".

When I try to create the integration in bitbucket, I do see the settings and the link HipChat integrations, but when I click that link, the page loads, but stays empty afterwards.

Can someone help me.

I use Bitbucket and HipChat in the cloud.

Just to clarify: Are you referring to Bitbucket Server (fka Stash)? Are you using HipChat Server or HipChat Cloud?
