files are stuck in ftp upload pipeline 553 Can't open that file: Permission denied

pipeline get stuck while ftp , with message, for more than 2-3 days!!!! 

"553 Can't open that file: Permission denied"

but i set all possible permission. files are there in repo.

what could be wrong.

What are the files you are trying to copy via FTP? Where are they stored and with what permissions? Can you share ftp logs?
