enable advertisePushOptions in git/system-config

Hi, we want to enable 

[receive]
    advertisePushOptions = true

globally on server side

we are using bitbucket server 7.x 

failed to find any reference in configuration parameters: 

https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver076/bitbucket-server-config-properties-1026535505.html

is there any option to do that ?
