creole <<toc>> generates incorrect result when non-English heading text

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Add a table of contents to a wiki

The <<toc>> macro in Bitbucket wiki does generate incorrect link to heading section when non-English (e.g. Korean for me) characters used in text of headings.

It generates table of contents, but it takes me incorrect position when I click the items in TOC.

Please check it.
