could not create branch.

When we try to create a new branch from Jira to my bitbucket repository. I get folowing Error

"We couldn't create a branch

If this keep happening contact support"

Please guide.

1. Are the accounts integrated as per Connect Bitbucket Cloud to Jira Software Cloud?
2. Are you able to create branches directly in Bitbucket?
3. Have you tried different browsers? 
4. Is this happening for a specific project/repository? Or do you get an error everytime you try to create any branch from Jira?
5. Are all the users affected?
