configure webhook in bitbucket

Thank you for posting your question on Atlassian Community! My name is Norbert and I'm a Bitbucket Cloud Support Engineer.

Unfortunately, we don't have this feature yet. 

Currently, there is an enhancement request asking for this functionality:

BCLOUD-14751 - Ability to add Global webhook which applies to all the repositories

Our development team will give a first-hand update on that ticket if there's any progress made so I would suggest keeping a watch and vote for it.
