I've checked our mail system and I could see the messages were not delivered because the email address you're using was suppressed due to policy. Please check with your employer to make sure you're using a valid email address accepted by them. Once you do, try requesting the reset password email once more and let us know if you need further help.
Also, for the future, it's not advisable to post your email address openly in public forums, for security reasons.
