cant accept bitbucket

Hello,

We are a paid account but, my admin invites me and clicks Accept, so the message "This account is already at its plan limit and will need to be upgraded before adding more users." is displayed.

Why is that so?

Hello,

I can see that both you and the other user you mentioned have access to the workspace https://bitbucket.org/opusm/. It is possible that there was some delay in our systems getting updated with the paid plan, which may have caused this issue.

Can you confirm if things are ok now?

If you're still having issues, could you please let me know

  1. was the invitation sent to you, or to the other admin?
  2. was it an invitation for a specific repo or to a user group of this workspace?
