I tried the steps described on this article https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/connect-bitbucket-cloud-to-jira-software-cloud-814190686.html

first time It seems that it was connected, but I was redirected to a you have no access page in Jira (I am an admin in Jira and the sole user). So I deleted the linkage and tried again. This time it didn't succeed and I got this error:

Error

The add-on failed to be installed: Error calling installed at URL https://happy-harbor.atlassian.net/rest/aci/1.0/installation/jira-bitbucket-connector-plugin/install: 403 Client Error: for url: https://happy-harbor.atlassian.net/rest/aci/1.0/installation/jira-bitbucket-connector-plugin/install

Hi Giorgos,

I think you should take a look at the answer provided in this community post:

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-questions/Unable-to-connect-Bitbucket-Cloud-to-Jira-Cloud/qaq-p/190133

It looks like you might be experiencing the same symptoms.  Give it a try and see if that gets you back into the correct state again.
