Hello Support ,

We are facing bitbucket.org login issue on our ip ' 49.248.5.146 '  So please our  ip allow to  whitelisting for bitbucket.org

Welcome to the Community!

Bitbucket generally doesn't blacklist any IP ranges, so unless your Bitbucket account has IP whitelisting configured, there's nothing on Bitbucket side preventing you from accessing it connection-wise. If you do have IP whitelisting enabled, you need to add the IP in question in your account settings, as described here down in the bottom.

I can actually see quite a bunch of requests coming from the IP in question in the last week, >99.5% of which were successful. I'd assume there's some misconfiguration on the client side.
