bitbucket cloud to server migration

we're moving a large number of repositories from Bitbucket cloud to Bitbucket server. Is there any easy way I can disable write access to the Bitbucket repositories to prevent people from using it after the migration?

Sure is - go into "access management" in the repo settings and change the users to 'read'.
