I believe we need more information around the problem. Can you please elaborate further?

Has this ever worked before? Is this the first time you're trying to do this and it's failing?

Are Bamboo and Stash on separate servers or on the same server?

Are you using SSH? HTTP? HTTPS?

Any additional details you can provide would help understanding the scope of the problem.
