Hello @Hiren Hirpara

To regain access and set up 2FA on your new iPhone, you will need to bypass the standard prompt using your recovery options:

1. On the verification code screen, click Can't use your phone?.
2. Enter your emergency recovery key to log in.
3. Once in, go to your account security settings, disable two-step verification, and set it up fresh with Microsoft Authenticator on your new device.

If you don't have your recovery key, select Can't find your recovery key? to trigger the recovery email process. Atlassian will send you a one-time login link after a mandatory 24-hour security delay.

PS: If this is a company-managed account, reach out to your organization's admin or internal IT team, as they can reset your 2FA instantly from the backend.

Best,

Arkadiusz🤠

Hi Arkadiusz

Our admin doesn’t allow to disable two step authentication, so your suggestion  will not work for me

Kind Regards

Hiren

@Hiren Hirpara

Thanks for clarifying. If your account is a managed company account, this is a case for your organization admin, as security policies will prevent you from resetting this yourself.

Your admin can clear your old 2FA via admin.atlassian.com > Directory > Users > your profile > Security > Reset two-step verification. If 2FA is strictly mandatory, they may need to temporarily move you to an optional policy to complete the reset so you can register your new iPhone.

If your Account is Managed, you need cooperation with your Admin. We cannot bypass that.

Best,

Arkadiusz🤠
