Using SourceTree can I add an excluded file?

If you set your view to show ignored files, you can right-click on one and select 'Add to index'

Sorry. Not a clear question. I want to add a file that is being ignored (un-ignore it).

Indeed, your question is ambiguous.

Are you adding a file to the ignore list or are you adding a previously ignored file to the repository?
