I accidentally subscribed to the Bitbucket Premium plan on April 24, 2026. I actually wanted the Standard plan instead.
The payment of $145 was not charged successfully due to insufficient balance on my card, and Atlassian has been retrying the charge multiple times since then.
I have already downgraded my plan by selecting the Standard plan from the billing settings, and my workspace is now correctly showing the Standard plan. However, today Atlassian attempted to charge $145 again (the Premium plan amount), which is incorrect as I am now on the Standard plan.
